At Kingsbridge Hearing Care the safety of our patients is paramount. In response to current recommendations from the Department of Health and the Public Health Agency regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) we will be adapting our service provision:
From Tuesday 24th March 2020
· Hearing aid care will be carried out remotely where possible
Any patients requiring hearing aid repairs should contact the clinic directly via phone/email, leave in and postal repair services will be available, please speak to a member of staff to discuss the most suitable option.
· Wax removal appointments and hearing assessments will be postponed until further notice
If you would like to enquire about a future date for hearing assessment or wax removal please contact us and we will book an appointment as soon as we are advised it is safe to do so.
We apologise for any inconvenience, this decision has been taken in the interest of patient safety.
