Custom Swim Plugs

Swimmer’s ear is the common term for water related infections of the ear canal.  Swimming in pools, the sea or even showering can allow water or moisture to become trapped in the ear canal, creating ideal conditions for bacteria to grow and develop an infection.  

Symptoms can include redness, swelling, itching, irritation and discharge. 

Some people find towel drying their ears after exposure to water is sufficient to protect against infection.  Water resistant products like swimming caps and custom-made ear swim plugs can provide additional protection.   

Our custom swim plugs are made from soft silicone, they are waterproof when surface swimming, come in a variety of colours and are made from a floatable material so you won’t lose them in the water.

Musicians Filtered Custom Earmoulds are designed using soft silicone to protect your hearing while delivering clear sound across all frequencies. Available in a range of interchangeable filters to suit various noise levels.  (Clear silicone only, no alternative colour options) 

Filter options 

10 – Suitable for use under light noise exposure such as vocalists, acoustic guitar or string players  

15 – For use under medium noise exposure, ideal for most musicians  

25 – Suitable for heavy noise conditions, e.g. heavily amplified instruments, percussion or bass players  

30 – Suitable for drummers 

Custom Hearing Protection for the Workplace

A choice of filter is available depending on the level of noise attenuation required – the Alpha filter will protect against most situations.
